UEFA champions league round of 16 Draw Rigged??

The uefa champions league draw that was televised live today was noticed to have been manipulated by the uefa champions league officials. Earlier yestaday, a twitter account with user ID @uefacorruption posted correctly the exact teams that were drawn against each other. It appears the draw has been manipulated by selfish uefa officials for economic reasons known to them.
